How to book your tour package
Book through Felda Travel Sdn Bhd. Choose your vacation and request your preference by quoting the relevant vacation name, accommodation and transport options (if applicable) as well as your preferred commencement date.
Package Price
Quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Payment in local currency (RM) however subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Validity of prices are seasonal and subject to change without prior notice. Child rates are applicable when child are occupying a room with at least one adult.
Payment
Deposit – A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation of your tour arrangements to enable us to hold the reservation. Different countries have strict deposit, payment and cancellation conditions.
Final Payment – will be required 14 days before departure date. Bookings made within 14 days will require full payment at time of confirmation. If full payment is not received by the required date, services will be cancelled with forfeiture of full deposit. Certain products may have different payment requirements and these will either be stated in the brochure or advised at time of booking.
Accommodation
All accommodation included in our package price is based on the room type required for the price bracket concerned, eg single, twin/double or triple rooms. All have private facilities unless otherwise stated. In addition, all accommodation in our itineraries are based on “Run of House” rooms, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Hotel management makes all room assignments and Felda Travel Sdn Bhd has no control over which room may be allocated. If the featured hotel is unavailable, Felda Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute hotel accommodations of a similar grade.
Amendment Charges
An administrative fee of RM100 will be charged for each subsequent amendments made after the confirmation. Any other cost arising from the amendment will be borne by the passenger. No amendments can be made within 15 days prior to departure. A change on the entire booking is considered as a cancellation and is subject to cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges
You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If your cancellation is received by the company more than 30 days prior to your departure, an administration fee of RM100 per person will be levied. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to departure, the following cancellation charges will apply.
